Detailed renovation works are as follows:

1. Full machine repainted with genuine original paint. Original factory paint features excellent UV resistance against sunlight, while non-original paint tends to crack under prolonged sun exposure.

2.Brand-new heavy-duty track links from well-known manufacturers installed for the whole machine. Premium track links stay rigid without bending, unlike low-quality alternatives from small factories that deform easily.

3.Fitted with a brand-new thickened reinforced bucket, which prevents cracking during heavy digging operations.

4.Replaced all hydraulic hoses and cylinder oil seals to guarantee zero oil leakage across the entire hydraulic system.

5.Fully renewed the complete lighting system and wiring harness.

6.Updated all plastic cosmetic parts of the operator cabin.

7.Complete engine maintenance: worn engine components and the engine four matching parts are replaced. This effectively prevents breakdowns during customers’ long-term heavy-duty operation.

8.Worn parts of the hydraulic pump are replaced, followed by professional pressure testing to ensure perfect matching with the engine for stable power output.
